If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
A ₹150 reverse pickup & processing fee applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Address changes are chargeable at ₹150.
Sale Items
Sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased under BUY 2 GET 1 offers or promotions above 25% off are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Manufacturing Defects
Report defects within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Return Conditions
Products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned with original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
